Hatz Engine - Model 3M41

The Hatz 3M41Z is an all-purpose, open, multi-cylinder, air cooled diesel engine in the M series. The Hatz 3M41Z is designed with a separate camshaft for drive of injection pumps with centrifugal variable speed governor and automatic injection timer. The Hatz 3M41Z has low repair cost due to individual cylinders, individual cylinder heads and individual injection-pumps. The Hatz 3M41Z has increased reliability because of its automatic belt control, automatic extra fuel device, and gear wheels to drive camshafts and oil pump. It provides easy service with operating and maintenance points at one side of the engine and a hydraulic belt tensioner.
